The hotel had a good location near the subway and various restaurants. The staff were polite and helpful. The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable.

My experience at the hotel was not great. The room was dirty and the fixtures were old and in poor condition.

the hotel was adjacent to such local attractions as hyowon park. suwon city hall subway stop is within walking distance the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

Rooms are really spacious and the bathroom was really good.

Nearby transportation, spacious rooms, delicious buffet breakfast, English-speaking staff, impeccable customer care.

The hotel is quite clean, rooms are big and bathroom is huge, and it has its own hot tub. Hotel provides you with some supplies, like gel, foam, teeth brush, etc. Breakfast is included, and it has some Korean food, toasts, juice, coffee and tea. Is not the biggest I´ve seen, but is enough. And everything I´ve tasted is good.

What I didn´t like is that most of the personal of the hotel didn´t speak a word of English.

The hotel was in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. It was also very quiet and not far from major roads

All of the expected amenities were not available; such as the junior suite I booked did not have a dvd player. I also had to switch rooms since the jacuzzi tub was inoperative. When I was given another room; which was a larger or "upper level" suite I was also disappointed to find the dvd player did not work in this room either. I was fairly pleased with the desk manager who after some prodding gave me another room.

The hotel had a decent location with accessible subway and bus stations. the buffet breakfast offered had a great variety of international meals to choose from. the staff was fluent in English, which was quite helpful.

The room lacked maintenance and cleanliness. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which was terrible.

I would say we liked almost everything. Although we had requested a non- smoking room, the room we were assigned had a very bad smell of cigarettes; but when we reported to the hotel staff, they were able to change the room and accommodate our request. The hotel is a walking distance to "The Galleria" a great Mall and many shops and restaurants. The complimentary buffet in the morning was also exceptional. Good selection and variety,

The hotel lacks personality and character, making it feel bland and sterile.

Rooms were nice, although it was a "love" hotel.

Unfortunately, most of the staff could not speak English. That's to be expected though

Location, price, availability at short notice

Room was not in good state of repair, E.G. damp marks on ceiling. Hotel from the outside does not look very salubrious. Talking to Suwon residents, hotel does not appear to have a very respectable reputation.

I loved how close this hotel was to both the subway and bus stations, making transportation super convenient. The room was also very spacious for the rate, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the buffet-style breakfast was incredible, with a variety of delicious options from all over the world. Finally, the staff all spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful. Their customer service was outstanding, even arranging a complimentary shuttle for me when I overslept due to jet lag.

Nothing that I didn't like.
